Back in 2020, the world was shocked by the news of COVID-19 and lives have changed since then. Because of this situation of COVID-19 pandemic, E-learning has become a required component of all educational institutions such as schools, colleges, and universities all over the world. The COVID19 pandemic has forced every educational institution to shift to E-learning, despite the fact that no one was prepared for it. Some see this method on the good side, and some do not. The aim of this research is to investigate and to look at the review of students' perceptions of learning and satisfaction in online learning. To determine students' perceptions of learning and satisfaction in E-learning, primary data was collected using Google forms. The stratified sampling method was used in this research, with a sample size of 161 students from a few colleges and universities in Malaysia. This study will overview how interaction, student motivation, course structure, instructor facilitation or knowledge, students' perceived learning, and student satisfaction may affect students’ satisfaction in learning. In conclusion, this study demonstrates that E-learning has grown in popularity among students all over the world, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown era.
